News > Infinity Towers Remains our Most Popular High Rise

We list hundreds of condo communities on our website, but Infinity Towers is consistently the most popular among our visitors. This stunning, steel and glass complex includes four interconnected towers: two mid-rise and two high-rise. Since 2007 when it was erected, it has become an iconic part of San Francisco's skyline.

Here are just a few of the reasons we believe the Infinity Towers are so popular with buyers:

The Windows (and the view)

The graceful architectural curves in this highrise allow for most units to incorporate massive curved walls of floor-to-ceiling windows which are loved by several of our clients that bought here. Those windows are key for owners to enjoy seemingly infinite views of the city and the Bay. Thanks to Infinity Towers' location, just one block from the Embarcadero, owners of these Signature Units enjoy views of the city’s most prominent features, from Alcatraz to the Bay Bridge to AT&T Park. And the interior layout of these Signature Units is equally open, offering each resident an opportunity to design a personalized main living space that matches the grandeur of the view.

The Amenities

Almost anything a resident could need is available on site, starting with deeded parking in the community’s subterranean parking garage, and exclusive neighboring parking rights for Infinity guests. The Infinity’s 5,000 square foot, state-of-the-art gym is considered the best in the city. It includes a yoga center, sauna, spa, and a 75-foot, indoor lap pool. Residents also enjoy the use of a media room with plush seating for 16 and a 96” screen, meeting rooms, a full business center and a club lounge for entertaining, which includes a full kitchen. Among the complex’s commercial tenants is Prospect, consistently rated one of San Francisco’s best restaurants. And for any needs not met, Infinity Towers is fully staffed with hospitality professionals, including concierge and private security services, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The Location

In recent years South Beach has become one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in San Francisco. Its waterfront location is sunny, cool and full of the energy of the Bay. World famous destinations such as the Ferry Building (where the city’s epic weekly farmer’s market is held each Saturday), AT&T Park (where the world champion SF Giants play), and Rincon Park (home of Claes Oldenburg’s heroic-scale “Cupid’s Span” sculpture) are all located within a few blocks. Also within a five-minute walk are multiple mass transit options, including BART, CalTrain,  and San Francisco's antique, internationally sourced light rail busses. Some of the city’s best chefs, bartenders, sommeliers and bakers are based in South Beach, and dozens of the city's most successful tech firms are headquartered just blocks away in SoMa.

Thanks to the perfect location, several other South Beach high-rise condo buildings call the neighborhood home. The 60-story tower at One Rincon is a modern gem within Rincon Hill. Also found in Rincon Hill is the fabulous Harrison, where all 298 units were custom designed top-to-bottom by legendary local interior designer Ken Fulk. And of course the Infinity Towers’ sister complex The Lumina opened in 2015, offering 656 luxury condominiums just one block further in from the bay.

But despite those other challengers, whether it’s because of the beautiful architecture, the way the towers gleam in the morning sun, the location, the amenities or the evocative name, Infinity Towers still remain the most popular condo development on our site.
